Booking policy for Rooms :

  • Children of all ages are welcome.
  • The minimum age for check-in is 18.
  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  • Children 7 and above will be charged as adults at this property.
  • If Any additional on-demand service opted than charge will be paid check out time.
  • Minimum of 50% of booking amount will be required to pay as confirmation of booking.
  • We only accepts Bank Transfer\Cash\UPI payments at the time of check-In. Cheque\Online Payment\Credit or Debit Card Payments not available.

Booking policy for Event\Party & Weddings:

  • Minimum of 50% of booking amount will be required to pay as confirmation of booking.
  • 50% of Event Booking and Services would be required to pay immediately on the date of event booked.
  • If Any additional on-demand service or any additional third-party service opted than charge will be paid after completion of event.
  • We only accepts Bank Transfer\Cash\UPI payments at the time of check-In. Cheque\Online Payment\Credit or Debit Card Payments not available.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy for Rooms :

  • All dispute jurisdictions will be entertained only in Mavli, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
  • Booking amount will not be refundable at any cost if only 14 days are remaining in Check-in date.
  • Refund of booking amount will only be refunded if booking cancelled before 14 days before check-in date.
  • We are not liable to provide any refund if booking is cancelled by guest without informing us about their check-in.
  • Any causality or discrimination in check-in will be adjusted any time as per requirement after confirmation of booking.
  • If need to re-schedule of check-in date after confirmation of booking than guest would required to inform resort on priority basis.

Cancellation policy for Event\Party & Weddings:

  • Booking amount will not be refundable at any cost, if only 60 days are remaining in Booked Event date.
  • Refund of booking amount will only be refunded if booking cancelled before 60 days before booked event date.
  • Any other amount paid other than event booking amount will be refundable, if only 15 days are remaining in Booked Event date.
  • We are not liable to provide any refund if booking is cancelled by guest without informing us about their event cancellation plans.
  • Any causality or discrimination in event dates will be adjusted also any time as per requirement after confirmation of event booking.
  • If need to re-schedule of event date after confirmation of booking dates than guest would required to inform resort on priority basis.
